Because I lived in London & needed to send flowers for a funeral it was a bit of a hit or miss using a florist i didn’t know… BUT The flowers were lovely fresh & well presented so I was very relieved to see them .. could not have faulted them .. highly recommend

Very easy to book a delivery with a great local florist. Ideally, the website would provide a more sustainable, cost-effective option to collect the flowers, as the recipient location was walkable from the florist.

Excellent service with a very personal touch with the florist contacting directly regarding choice of flowers. She then contacted to ask if it was OK to deliver the flowers earlier than scheduled. I received an email stating that the ordered display would not have the flowers in the photo. It was agreed that the basket display would be bright and cheery. I was happy to proceed. Unfortunately the basket was also nothing like the photo. Generally the flowers looked a bit ragged, uncoordinated and definately not eorth the money paid.

Amazing service - I booked the flowers yesterday morning thinking they would be delivered after Xmas and got a message two hours later to say the order was done. My mother was delighted with the bouquet, a lovely large selection of flowers in purple hues. We???ll impressed, I would rate them as 5*plus.

I cannot speak too highly of Hannah in the way she helped me at a very difficult time. The flowers are absolutely beautiful and the eucalyptus that I wanted was brilliantly interwoven into the flowers. Her kindness was amazing. Would most definitely recommend.

Great personal service. Simple &amp; fast process. Bouquet differed slightly from the picture but I guess it&rsquo;s stock dependant - only really ordered the arrangement that I did because there were certain flowers in the picture that I love ... which were then missing/replaced in the actual delivery ... this said, the recipient was delighted with the arrangement that she did receive. Fantastic that the florist emails a delivery confirmation with a picture of what was delivered - this detail is so often missed by other florists and is an essential part of the whole process in my opinion - very impressed and will definitely use in the future. Thank you!
